WordPress Auto Trackback

Are you a wordpress blogger? Than, you may have a good news (life saving) waiting.

What?

Did you notice that blogs under wordpress domain are getting auto trackback (Ok, I called it Auto Trackback and I don’t know if the same things are happening in self hosted domains)!

My Observation:

Earlier we had to manually add links that we wanted to trackback, into the trackback section. But now you do not need to follow the same procedure to trackback the blog posts that are already linked inside the post.

Those posts are getting auto trackback.

The same applies when you are linking to a post of your own blog (I mean posts under the same domain).

In case, you want to trackback a post that is not linked inside the post, you will need to do that manually.

WP is yet to come up with the official news – but I could not wait to break this observation in public.
